Do I have to create an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. There is no need to create an account.

Is it useful to have a mini green fingers account?
Creating an account on mini green fingers will be helpful as you can check the progress of your order and find all your orders in one place.

I have forgotten my password. What shall I do?
On the sign in page enter your email address and click on 'Forgot password'. The email to reset your password will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express) as well as Debit cards. You can also pay via Apple Pay and PayPal.

When will my order be despatched?
All orders are despatched Monday – Saturday from Norfolk, UK and we aim to process all orders received before 11:30 am on the same day. 

How will I know that my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order online. Please check your spam folder, too.

How will I know that my order has been despatched?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is being processed and handed over to our courier.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been despatched yet. Please contact us on info@minigreenfingers.com.

How do I return an item?
You can find detailed information of how to return an item on our 'Returns' page. Initially just drop us a message on info@minigreenfingers.com and we will liaise with you to get the item returned where applicable.
