ashortwalk ECO Bird Cake Kit

Regular price £8.95 £0.00

Wild birds have a key role in keeping our garden healthy and it is great fun for mini gardens to get to know them up-close. During the winter months, wild birds can struggle to find enough food so these bird feeders give them a little bit of help.

The bird feeder and the cake mix come separate and it is really easy for children, under adult supervision, to make up the cake mix. The kit contains enough mix for one cake (seeds and suet) and the feeder can then be reused to hold a variety of different cakes based on what birds visit your garden. You can have fun creating all sorts of variants!

Unlike other bird feeders, this one is made from 10 recycled yogurt pots, so it is great not just for your wild birds but also for the environment.

The kit includes the following: feeder/cake mould, suet, seeds and a recipes/ instructions booklet with a guide to which seeds attract which birds.

Size of the feeder: 8 cm diameter.

Designed and manufactured in the UK.
